Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?


Your order is received and authorized against your credit card immediately. It reaches our wharehouse and is entered into the automated system upon authorization and begins processing. Due to the volume of orders received, it is not possible to interrupt this process to make a change to your order or to cancel your order once it has been placed. It has already been authorized against your card and has begun the packing process and/or may have shipped.  PLEASE BE SURE YOU DO WANT YOUR ITEM/ITEMS BEFORE YOU COMPLETE THE PAYMENT PROCESS.


 


Return Policy


 


For sanitary purposes some items may not be returnable. Please email us with all return requests.

When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. Exchange  
DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please contact us first for return autorization. Items returned without original packaging and RMA will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 15 day return period.

If you do not follow all of the instructions on this page you may not be refunded at all or may incur a 35% restocking fee.

www.weightlossandmore4u.info  does not reimburse for return shipping costs. If you need a replacement immediately, contact us immediately for instructions.

If you feel the item was not as advertised, please email us with the product number and let us know what the discrepancy is. We will issue a credit plus a Gift voucher which can be applied to future purchases if the product is not as advertised or described on our site. We appreciate your help bringing any discrepancies to our attention.

If a product has clear and correct size measurements, then we will NOT allow a return because of size. If the size is not listed on the page, we will exchange it for another item of your choice.

In your return package please include:



RMA (return merchandise authorization #)

The packing slip.

A note telling us what the problem was.

If you do not include reason, you may not be credited!

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement item.
